Amidst their playful banter, Farah cleverly inquired about which actors Karan thinks might have undergone cosmetic surgeries, leading to a rather amusing exchange.

As Karan Johar melted a large slab of butter for the fudge, Farah Khan asked him, “Who do you think has a ‘melted face’ in Bollywood?” referring to celebrities known for cosmetic enhancements. Karan’s witty response was, “Who doesn’t?” This cheeky remark had Farah in stitches. He then declared that he hasn’t altered his appearance, insisting, “I haven’t touched my face at all haa. Ye pura khoobsurti mera natural hai.” (My beauty is natural.) Farah quickly fired back, humorously stating,

In a previous Instagram note, Karan expressed his thoughts on cosmetic procedures, criticizing those who opt for fillers, Botox, and surgery. He emphasized that such enhancements cannot change a person’s true nature, stating, “Fillers laga lo fulfilment nahin milti…Make up laga lo umar hai ghat thi. Karlo jitna bhi Botox, lagoge jaise madhumakkhi ne kaat liya… Naak badalne se gandh itar nahi banti. Going under the knife se exterior badal bhi jaaye… Lekin meri jaan…Fitrat nahi badalti.” (Fillers don’t provide fulfilment. Applying makeup doesn’t reduce age. No matter how much Botox you do, you’ll look like a bee has stung you. Changing your nose doesn’t change the bad smell. Going under the knife will only change your exterior, not your nature.)
